Note: Jose and Jason chose to write on the same topic, our interaction with CNASH. The experience apparently has left quite the impression on these two students. Enjoy!
Today we spent some time at CNASH. we were greeted with a ceremony where they did some performances like a marching band and a dancing group. After the performances we were given a chance to learn some of them with the student who performed. After that we went to a computer class were we designed a template for a coaster. We had a teacher instructing us what to do with some help of students. When we finish our designs we printed them out to get the ready for the coaster. Finally we got pressed them onto the coasters and got to keep them. We then had lunch which was ordered for us by the school. It was rice noodle soup with milk tea.

After lunch we attended a cooking class were we baked some pineapple cakes with other students. We started off by introducing ourself and then got right into baking. There was a lot of stirring ingredients and waiting for them to cool down but at last we had some delicious pineapple cakes.

After cooking class we ended the visit off by attending another performance in the gym. This performance was more focused on the culture of certain tribes in Taiwan. They then invited us to learn and dance with them. After that they sang some songs and showed us the clothes that there tribes wear, we finally said goodbye.
